Specific responsibility
  • Overall Branch Administration, team management & ensuring financial control of the branch.
  • Brand representation with all our customers (FTOS) visiting the location / area of operation / wherever required otherwise.

    Job description: Inviting applications from enthusiastic candidates for ‘Travel Operations’ role based in Gurugram and Mumbai. The candidate must be a post-graduate / graduate with 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in the travel industry. He/she must have work experience in a similar role.

    A brief of the duties & responsibilities is as follows:
    • Process and manage bookings to hotels/airlines/train/Safaris.
    • Well-versed in designing of itineraries and costing.
    • Whenever necessary, negotiate for better rates with hotels for specific movements.
    • Monitor day-to-day quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet targeted timelines.
    • Actively engage in briefing and debriefing from the operator for each tour.
    • Manage the entire life cycle of events including accounting, documentation, and coordinate with the Clients while they are on tour.
    • Maintain a close cordial relationship with all service providers.
    • Coordinate & follow up with: Respective market manager, product, and R&D team for preparing the product & brochures, suppliers and branches and/or service providers as required.

    General Tasks
    • Generating sales from the Domestic market as per assigned budgets
    • Ensure file profitability, managing assigned budgets, and statistical/financial records
    • Ensuring & maintaining a high standard of quality and service delivery
    • Ensure proper coordination & maintain PR at all service levels (Interdepartmental coordination & communication, including domestic agents)
    • Liaise with travel partners, including hotels to manage booking & schedules
